Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and [EDIT legal business name], [EDIT street address], [EDIT city, state, PIN code], India, GSTIN [EDIT GSTIN] ("Kheyal", "we"), for the use of kheyal.in. By making or paying for a page you accept them.

The service

Kheyal lets you make a personal web page (a "page") with photos, words and small interactive touches, and share it as one link. Each page is live for the validity of the plan you pick, shown before you pay. It can be renewed before it is deleted.

Who can use Kheyal

You must be 18 or older and able to make a binding agreement under Indian law.

Your content

• You keep all rights to the photos and words you add. You give us a limited licence to store, process (for example resize) and show them on your page, only to provide the service, until the page is deleted.
• You confirm you have the right to share every photo and name you add, including those of other people, and that the page does not break any law or anyone's rights.
• The quotes we offer are original to Kheyal and may be used on your page. Please do not paste song lyrics, poems or film dialogue you do not own.

Not allowed

• Harassment, threats, bullying or content meant to embarrass someone.
• Sexual content, nudity, or any content involving minors in an unsafe way.
• Hate speech, violence, or illegal content of any kind.
• Photos or personal details of people who have not agreed to be shared.
• Spam, phishing, malware, or attempts to break or overload the service.

We may disable a page that breaks these rules, with or without notice, and may refuse service to repeat offenders. Anyone can report a page from the link at its foot.

Privacy of links

Anyone with a page's link can open it. Links are random and never indexed, but you are responsible for who you share yours with. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and when it is deleted.

Payment, expiry and deletion

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. A page goes live once payment is confirmed; see the shipping and delivery policy.
• When a page expires it goes offline. After a grace period its content is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. We email reminders before expiry.
• Refunds follow our refund policy.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep pages online and fast, but the service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the page concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses. Keep your own copies of photos that matter to you: Kheyal is not a backup service.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and changes do not affect pages already paid for during their validity. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [EDIT city] have jurisdiction.
